Coordinated care means more than just making sure members have a provider and know their benefits. It means making your health and well-being our top priority. We want to help, whenever and however you need it, and we offer many special services that do just that.
If you or someone you care about is battling a tobacco, drug, or alcohol addiction, we have programs that can help.
Flexible services are extra services IHN-CCO offers that are not regular OHP benefits. Flexible service help improve member health and well-being and are meant to complement a covered benefit. Decisions to approve or refuse a flexible service request is made on a case-by-case basis.
You can work with your provider to request flexible services, or you can call Customer Service at 541-768-7863 (TTY 800-735-2900 or 711) to get help requesting a flexible service.
