COVID-19 At-home Test for Free

Samaritan will be following the recent government rule released that provides members with 100% coverage for up to eight individual at-home COVID-19 tests per month. In the event it is not, you may submit any tests purchased on or after Jan 15, for reimbursement to the plan. Please keep an eye on our website as that will have the most up-to-date information.
