Your Benefits

Get the most out of your Oregon Health Plan

This section will let you find out what is (and isn’t) covered, learn what services are available, and access useful forms and information to help you get great care through InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization (IHN-CCO), your coordinated care organization for Benton, Lincoln and Linn and parts of Marion and Polk counties.

Types of coverage

As members of IHN-CCO, we can help kids, teens, and adults get or manage care in the following areas:

Sick? Let’s get you well again. Feeling fine? Let’s keep you that way!

Learn about check-ups, immunizations, diagnostics (tests to find out what’s wrong), emergency care, family planning, pregnancy and newborn care, addiction treatment, and more.

Your medical benefits

From routine cleanings to root canals, we can help keep you smiling.

Learn about x-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns, exams and assessments, dentures, emergency care, and more

Your dental benefits

A counselor will listen and help determine if mental health treatment is right for you.

Learn about assessment/evaluation, counseling, group/family therapy, medication management, crisis services, case management, residential services, and more.

Your behavioral health benefits

If your IHN-CCO medical, dental, or mental health provider prescribed a medication for you, it’s probably covered. Our formulary lists all of the drugs that we cover; if you need a non-formulary drug, your doctor may ask for an exception.

Your prescription benefits

Not all services are covered by the Oregon Health Plan; learn what is not covered, what services are limited, and what to do if you need a service or treatment that isn’t covered.
