How We Serve

Community Improves the Availability, Reliability & Quality of Health Care

IHN-CCO brings together providers, partners, local government, citizens and members to make health care a community affair.

Coordinated Care Builds a Healthier Community

At the Building a Healthier Community Forum in 2016, a panel of community leaders discussed how coordinated care works in our region.

About Us

The IHN-CCO partnership works to provide coordinated health care to more than 54,000 Oregon Health Plan members across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
