How We Serve

Improving the availability, reliability, and quality of health care of our members

IHN-CCO brings together providers, partners, local government, citizens, and members to make healthcare a community affair.

Coordinating care

At the Building a Healthier Community Forum in 2016, a panel of community leaders discussed how coordinated care works in our region.

About us

The IHN-CCO partnership works to provide coordinated health care to more than 54,000 Oregon Health Plan members across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
