As an IHN-CCO member, you will choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for yourself and each family member covered under the plan. When you need medical care, begin by calling your PCP. Your PCP will oversee your medical care and treatment and make sure that you see specialists when needed. You can call your PCP’s office 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Even if the office is closed, there is still someone available to help you.
You can choose your primary care provider from this directory. If you are hearing impaired, you can call TTY 711 to contact any provider.
